Hammer 6s

The Hammer 6s is an annual event, held in memory of Gareth (Hammer) Cleaver, a young member who lost his life on the mountain.

This event has been going since 1990, and comprises of three games of five overs in section play, then semi and finals.  It is generally played between 12 and 16 teams.

Over the years, teams from as far away as Australia have traveled to play in the 6s, and generally old members from around the country return each year to play.
